Winter 26 Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The RIPNDIP Winter 26 Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Rip N Dip Inc, 3901 South Broadway, Los Angeles, California 90037, USA ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) at the time of entry, in any country where this Giveaway is not prohibited or restricted by law. Void in Quebec, Brazil, Italy, Belgium and any country or region subject to U.S. sanctions, and wherever else prohibited. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies and immediate family/household members are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on October 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the day before Winter 26 is released on ripndip.com, and in any case no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 8, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor will post the exact end date on this page once the Winter 26 release date is announced. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, complete a Winter 26 Giveaway entry form on ripndip.com. Entry forms appear on ripndip.com/pages/subscribe, in the signup pop-up on ripndip.com, and on other Winter 26 pages on ripndip.com. Entrants located in the United States enter with their email address and US mobile number; entrants outside the United States enter with their email address. Existing RIPNDIP subscribers must also complete an entry form to enter. Being on a RIPNDIP email or text list is not an entry by itself.
Alternate method of entry: To enter without signing up for marketing emails or text messages, email [email protected] during the Entry Period with the subject line "Winter 26 Giveaway" and your full name, email address and country of residence. Alternate entries have the same chance of winning as online entries.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, regardless of method. Additional entries will be disregarded. Entries that are incomplete, automated or fraudulent are void.
5. Prizes
Ten (10) prizes will be awarded. Each prize is one (1) $100 USD RIPNDIP digital gift card, redeemable online only at ripndip.com. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: $100 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,000 USD. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms, are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. Winners outside the United States are responsible for any shipping, duties, taxes or currency conversion when redeeming. No substitution except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends, Sponsor will select ten (10) winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry and must respond within seven (7) days, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Where required by local law, a winner may need to correctly answer a skill-testing question before receiving a prize.
7. General Conditions
Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs its integrity. Except where prohibited, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation or from acceptance or use of a prize. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
8. Privacy
Information collected is subject to RIPNDIP's Privacy Policy. Entering through an entry form on ripndip.com signs you up for RIPNDIP marketing emails and, where a mobile number is provided, marketing texts; you can unsubscribe at any time. Alternate method entries are not added to any marketing list. Consent to receive marketing is not a condition of purchase.
9. Winners List
For the names of the winners, email [email protected] with the subject line "Winter 26 Giveaway Winners" within 30 days after the Entry Period ends.
