If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to
withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. This right
comes from the EU Consumer Rights Directive and is separate from our standard
returns and exchange policy.

The 14-day window runs from the day you (or someone you nominate, other than
the carrier) receive your order. If it arrives in more than one shipment, the
window runs from the day the last item arrives.

To withdraw, complete the form below before the 14 days are up. We'll confirm
by email and send you return instructions. You then have 14 days to send the
item(s) back, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method: not
store credit, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of us
receiving the item(s) back (or your proof that you've sent them). We may reduce
the refund if an item's value has dropped through handling beyond what's needed to
check it.

Some items can't be withdrawn, including sealed goods that aren't suitable for
return for hygiene reasons once opened (underwear, swimwear, socks, adult
products) and personalized or made-to-order items.
