Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items ordered on sale. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Please allow extra time for orders to arrive when being ordered during a sale.
If you order between 11/13 and 12/25 you will be allowed until January 15th [CONFIRM YEAR] to return or exchange non-sale items. All items must be unworn, have tags intact, and be in original packaging to be accepted.
The sections below describe our commercial returns and exchange policy. They do not limit any rights you may have under your local consumer-protection law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, please see the European Union section.
Domestic (United States)
Please use the RIPNDIP Returns Center to start your return. Enter your order number and select the item you need to return/exchange to automatically generate your return shipping label.
Exchanges are accepted within 16 days of your purchase, with the exception of final sale items. All tags must be intact, items must be in original packaging (white product label intact and packaging intact), and products must be unworn. If a return is not resaleable you will not receive a store credit code.
A store credit code will be granted equal to the value of the item(s) returned minus an $8 return shipping label fee. A shipping label can be printed directly from the return center portal.
No refunds are offered for returns. Store credit codes are not valid for in-store purchases.
Rest of World (outside the US and EU)
Please email info@ripndip.com for information on how to exchange. For returns from outside the US and EU, we offer a store credit code for the value of the item returned, as long as it is unworn and in original packaging. We do not cover return shipping costs, and refunds are not offered.
European Union — Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This is separate from the commercial returns and exchange policy above.
When you exercise this right, you receive a full refund to your original payment method — not store credit, including the standard delivery cost, issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back (or your proof of return). You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. Some items are excluded, including sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g. underwear, swimwear, socks, adult products) and personalized items.

Please note: all sale items purchased through a discount code or promotion are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for order changes, returns, or exchanges. This does not affect the statutory withdrawal rights of EU consumers.
