Refund policy
Returns
Please go to our new returns center to start a return! We now allow instant exchanges and returns for a gift card to use on any other items from our website.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you order between 11/14/24 and 12/25/24 you will be allowed until January 15th 2025 to return or exchange non sale items. We do not accept refunds on any items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and still have tags intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you via gift card or store credit code.
